Issuance of Import Registration Certificate (IRC) (Commercial)

For obtaining IRC, the applicant shall fill up the prescribed application form along with a P.P size attested photo of the applicant and also shall submit Citizenship Certificate from Local Ward Commissioner/Union Parishad Chairman, Treasury Chalan showing payment of Government fees, Membership Certificate from recognized Chamber of Commerce & Industry/ Concerned Trade Association, Trade License, TIN, Bank Solvency Certificate and Registered Partnership deed/ Memorandum & Article of Association and Certificate of Incorporation, where applicable.

The case will be settled within 3 working days, if all papers/ documents etc. are found O.K.

Issuance of Export Registration Certificate (ERC)

For obtaining ERC, the applicant shall fill up the prescribed application form along with P.P size attested photo of the applicant and will submit Nationality Certificate from Local Ward Commissioner/Union Parishad Chairman, Treasury Chalan showing payment of Government fees, Membership Certificate from recognized Chamber of Commerce & Industry/ Concerned Trade Association, Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate and Registered Partnership deed/ Memorandum and Article of Association and Certificate of Incorporation, where applicable.

Issuance of Indentor's Registration Certificate (IRC) (Indenting)

For Indentors Registration Certificate, the applicant shall fill up the prescribed application form along with a P.P size attested Photo of the applicant, Treasury Chalan showing payment of Government fees, Membership Certificate from Bangladesh Indenting Agent’s Association, Trade License, TIN, Bank Solvency Certificate, Agency Agreement (between Foreign Supplier and Local Agent).

Issuance of Industrial Registration Certificate (IRC) (Industrial)

As per recommendation received from Sponsoring Authority (Board of Investment, BSCIC, Handloom Board) the applicant will submit Treasury Chalan showing payment of Government fees, Membership Certificate from recognized Chamber of Commerce & Industry/Concerned Trade Association, Trade License, TIN, Bank Solvency Certificate, Registered Partnership deed/Memorandum and Article of Association and Certificate of Incorporation, where applicable.

The case will be settled within 5 working days, if all papers/ documents etc. are found OK

Issuance of Import Permit

Import Permit is issued on submission of Copy of Project agreement, recommendation from related Ministry/Govt. Department/Sponsoring Authority and copy of Original shipping documents.

The case will be settled within 3 working days, if all papers/ documents etc. are found O.K.

Issuance of Export Permit

Export Permit is issued on submission of recommendation from Foreign Ministry/ Respective Ministries etc. (Where applicable).
